Well, this is turning into a fun "discussion" :lolgoku:

I can see how, on a vertical B&S, the symptoms fit as the main oil gallery is beside the cylinder however, on a predator, honda or clone, the pushrod gallery sits below, the cylinder, which is angles upwards in comparison to the crankshaft making it more difficult for the oil to enter the cylinder but, maybe, not impossible...

With low compression chances are you have worn out rings. But since I don't have a Magic 8 Ball and can not lay hands on the engine, I say pop the head off and look at the cylinder wall and check valve guides for excessive (any) play. And for God's Sake Ignore Hellion!

Now that was a mean thing to say.

Now what do you reckon is the cause of the oil in the air filter box?

I used to wonder how good my rings sealed. Then I tried to push my kart backwards when the TC DRIVER was stuck. There is no comp release in reverse. The seal must be pretty good. It doesn't move in reverse! LOL

I push it forward and love the BLUMP, BLUMP, BLUMP, BLUMP sound coming from the header.
