That is pretty neat. A kit car is my guess, probably Volkswagen flat-four powered at one time.

The Bradley GT's long, lost, drunken stepbrother.

if i was closer i would get it.

and anything on rqriley's site is all handbuilt. you buy the drawings and go from there. Whoever did that one did a really good job actually. Nothing on that site was ever produced unless it was from a printer. its been around a long time.

It could be worse and even further away from you. It's also reasonably priced, not some outrageous 4-figure something.

I think it's crying out for a Star Wars X-Wing Fighter livery. All it needs is red stripes, some panel detail and a little dirtying up...

Reminds me a little more of a Viper than an x-wing...

The viper was way cooler too.

You need your eyes checked, and your opinion stinks!

Both the Trimuter and the X-Wing are products of the 70's and furthermore, the "fuselage" of both are faceted in the same style and not rounded.

No one but a few fringe fan boys will know what a Viper is, whereas the X-Wing is transcendental and worldwide.

The final insult is that the Viper and BSG is a rip-off of Star Wars.

P.S. your Viper is a rip-off of this Viper.

Yes, I know I put a pic of the Mk2 viper. It was a better picture.

I'm just saying the shape as a whole, with the stubby rear end, and the downward taper to the rear quarters, I see more viper in it than x-wing.

I won't get started on the Star wars vs BSG argument...

And the reimagined series was pretty solid, all things considered.

I want that old car ( the Willys Whippet) in the barn behind it!! Maybe the kid found that it was never going to get titled to be able to 'drive to car shows' and gave up. The first thing you should do before taking on such a project is to find out if you can get it registered for the road........ Anyway, I'm on a plane as we text , to go pick it up...... :D
