so, after my nephew crashed my kart, it sits around backyard for 2 yrs now (kart, not nephew ) and I decide its time do something about it ..

What engine have you got there? What gearing are you going to use?

I am using honda gx 140 engine with TC ..

gear ratio is for now same as it was on kart, 13: 46 with 10 inch tyres ..

it was barely hitting 50 km /h

but I do not need that top speed with trike so probably gonna reduce it a little bit ..

also, will add leg support and rear brakes..

if everything goes well, then will remove governor, clean a engine a bit ..

but it is really hard to steer ..

I guess it will be better while driving .. hope so ..

Have you tried the good ol "DUMP THE ENTIRE BOTTLE OF 3IN1 OIL ON THE ENTIRE STEERING SYSTEM" trick?
