Trailmaster xrs 150cc

Help! I have a trailmaster xrs 150cc go cart. It has no power when you accelerate. I have changed the torque converter, belt and carburetor. Nothing helps. Any advice would be appreciated.

Pictures of the whole kart. the alignment of the pulleys and any areas you think could be problematic will help us a ton. look at the belt? is it backwards and stuck in first gear? Very well might be arrows that say this way towards engine. and there pointing the opposite way towards the crank bolt.

There's 2 belts lengths for the gy6 150cc engine. 1 for a long engine case and 1 for a short engine case.
The belt stays tight on the variator and moves at all rpm's all the time.

Do you have the right belt????

Both input and output shafts for the transmission turn freely in neutral????

Are the clutches worn out? Weights bad?

Check for a stuck brake caliper.
