Needs throttle cable, exhaust and one front rim. Starts on first pull, runs very well, does almost 40mph. I wanted to build a 9hp kart with it but I'd rather build a 9hp Baja if I can find one. I can drive to meet halfway where reasonable. Will sell for $300 obo. Can post pics on request.
