Tourqe Converter Plate

OK I have a tourqe converter with almost everything I need. I need a driver plate, the flat piece on the driver. Am I out of luck or can I get this somewhere? Thanks for the help!

Check to see where you might be able to see a breakdown of parts. What series is this clutch, I can possibly provide you with an item #.

It is a 30 series.

Also does the overdrive on the 30 series actualy work? I mean does it actualy increase speed by 10 percent? The people I have asked says it decreases speed some.

Ok I have found a driver unit but not the plate it self. Does anyone know where I can find one?

Overdrive is overdrive. The only way I could imagine a decrease in speed is if the gearing was wrong and wouldn't allow the CVT to do it's job properly. Or maybe the engine's too weak.
With everything as it should be, then yes, there will be an increase in overall speed.
