hi. Ive got a mxk viper ss xl kart that i just finished assembling. Im about to change the oil, and remove the govenor and am trying to get the wheel off. However, it is completely frozen. I've tried WD-40, penetrating oil, cleaner, nothing works. The way the engine is mounted, there is a large drive sprocket in between the frame/bearing and the inside of the rim, so i cannot use any kind of lever to directly wedge the wheel rim off without damaging the sproket. Help?

Could it be that the wheel hub is a dual flange and the sprocket and wheel hub are one piece? Sorry, that's all I could think to ask.
