I'm very new to go karts and I recently got a yerf dog with a predator 212 on it and it was working perfectly fine until the thing would not move no matter how much gas I gave it. I got a new clutch for the torque converter thinking that was the problem and still no movement. Let me know what it could be

Describe which parts are moving when you rev up the gas. Is the drive clutch turning. If so is the belt tightening up. Is the driven pulley turning. To just say that the kart won't move is not very helpful in trying to diagnose and advise you what to do.

jack up the rear , so the wheels are off the ground, then hand operate the throttle linkeage, and observe.......what is moving and what isn;t, do the sheaves expand and contract to pinch the belt.....is the belt moving.....
various elements of the system ( gears, sprockets, even keyways etc) could be loose from the operating shafts, therefore "not spinning".

Not sure what you mean by "bogged out". Does that mean you pressed the gas pedal and the motor quit running? If so, were you able to crank it up again?
Or do you mean the motor kept running, but the kart quit moving again as you originally described? If so, is the clutch spinning, but the belt is not moving? If the clutch is not spinning, is the bolt head you see there in the center of the clutch spinning without the clutch? If not, and the motor will still run, can you just snatch the clutch right off of the motor shaft?

I thought nothing was moving, and NOW it's running really good , but only for 15 seconds. Do like redflash suggested so you can somehow describe what the problem with your kart is so that one or maybe all of us can take a stab at trying to help you come up with a solution.
