That "washer" shoulder should be flush to the bell, it's sticking out. Keystock may be stopping it.
Yeah, everything I've seen shows it flush with the pulley/bell. However, it's butting up against the engine shaft (I don't have any keys in the shaft). I ASSume the bolt holder washer is essentially an extension of the shaft from the engine (same diameter and has a keyway)?That "washer" shoulder should be flush to the bell, it's sticking out. Negative, doesn't extend anything. The slot in it should slide onto the same piece of keystock that keeps the driver fixed in place on the shaft. If your keystock doesn't extend all the way through the driver, so that washer also slides onto it, then cut another piece of keystock.washer is essentially an extension of the shaft
