I have a Kohler Command Pro 18 Vtwin engine. I'm trying to fit a torque converter on it but I have clearance issues. The jack shaft is hitting the oil filter. Has anyone else done this? I can't seem to find any info on it. Do they make a really thin oil filter? Or is there a way to relocate it? Any ideas would be helpful20220411_191643.jpg20220411_191658.jpg

If your filter is same as mine good chance it is it is the same as a delorean and some other makes. Cross reference and find a relocate kit.

Looks like a cool build.

Do yourself a favor and ditch the backplate

Plenty of room for the tallest of filter.

If you must kohler #12 050 01-S is the low profile filter , it will clear but if you can change it with the backplate will be close.
