I've got a Briggs 10HP with a 3/4 shaft, the TAV30 says it'll only go to 8HP, but he 40 series drive only comes 1" shaft, I'd have to get the 44 series, so far it looks like $400 just for the drive, driven, and the belt. Anyone got any better, or more economical ideas or suggestions ? Oh it will be powering a kart, I'm still debating a solid rear axle or I have the tranny out of a kawasaki mule with u-joints for an independent rear suspension.
