torque converter and sprocket ratio

I have a 13 hp Honda engine with a torqueaverter 100. I have 10 teeth on my jack shaft and 19 inch diameter tires. Engine rpm is 3600. What is a good sprocket size for low end torque and speed? And how fast will it go?

I don't see it there now, but I believe the low range is something like 2:1

I am trying to get about 50 mph and still have good torque. Do I have the right setup?
