I have a Tav2 30 Torque converter bolt-on kit on my Predator 212. It's been burning through belts and I think it is because the two pulleys aren't aligned. Is there any way to fix this?

Its on there. I have stacked other washers along with it so the two aligned but that does not leave enough space for the other part of the driver pulley to be securely attached.

No need to wait for me;
you got it covered :D

Yes, you need to bring out the driver a fair amount to have the belt running straight and perpendicular to the shafts.
That will require a spacer, either the one MTNSleder linked,
or which I think gives you a finer control one you cut yourself to length.
no need for it to be keyed, as long as it fit's over your 3/4" shaft it can be nearly any kind of metal tube (just make sure it doesn't rub anywhere ;))

Now, once that spacer is installed, you'll certainly notice that your predator has not much of a shaft left for your driver to sit on.
That unfortunately is a design choice the engine builders made.
If you feel uncomfortable with just 1/4" of useable engine shaft,
you need to make a shaft extension,
best cut some length of keyed 3/4" shaft (say from an old jackshaft or so)
drill through, deburr the edges and install it using a longer than usual bolt for the front.
just make sure the key is long enough to grab onto the engine shaft and your extension and you'll be fine.

That ranks for about the most unaligned TC posted in all history here. :D

Also, it looks like the TC plate is not flush with the engine. The plate might be hitting the frame on the bottom somewhere.
