From what I've learned about race karts they are almost all the same basic layout, could be hard to figure out year, but you may be able to run the serial number with the manufacturer and find out all the info you need. Most of us here are working with yard karts so there are only a few familiar with newer race karts, I'm not one of them. Have you tried Google images of Tony karts to compare and maybe get a factory download?

Am I seeing that correctly.. 90° bends on the tube ends?
Then I'd say it's an Esprit 100 chassis
hope you still have the torsion bar that goes between the tube ends...

sorry, but could you please stop posting like that?
I fixed your first post manually already,
now you are doing the same crap again..
posting every sentence in it's own post,
then quoting yourself and repeating everything again..

maybe it's tapatalks fault,
or the simple "used to write short messages" dilemma.
but that's a real pain, just stop that please!

I mean look at it...
what a mess..

too bad you don't have the torsion/stiffener for it.. every part is generic OTK
but that bar was only made for the esprit series and I doubt there's a replacement for it :(
200 is still fair although it's red...
Tony karts are alwys green ... might be one of the tony sub-companies that sell the old chassis
those were available in white blue and red IIRC... ah well still a Tony kart made esprit chassis
either way.
check for the CIK/FIA homologation number to verify.
