my small motor does not work i set the timing right and i ajusted the valves it started once but now its inposible to pull the cord and when i had it running the first time it sounded like it was having a hard time to run ???? whats wrong

are you sure its not locked up? can you move the flywheel and have everything moving alright?

If it doesn't move with the spark plug removed it's seized or the valves are not set right and the piston is hitting the valves.

Adjust the valves to correct height, and are you using an original spark plug? Sounds like yours is hitting the piston or something.

i put a new crank shaft in my motor but it was the same size as the other one and it is the original spark plug but after i ran it that one time and took the spark lug out it was fine could it be the timing ?? i dont think so because then it shount run at all but idk and i think it has something to do with the valves

Your valve timing must be off. Did you install a flywheel key? And did you line up the gears on the crank/cam?

It will also be hard to pull if your crank endplay is set wrong due to sidecover gasket thickness.
