Tiny Dill Bits

When you have a very tiny drill bit and it doesn't fit your drill what do you use? I'm sure there's some type of tool or adapter out there.
Only I don't now where to look or what the name of it would be. Any name would be a great help. Pictures would be a great help also. Thanks.

I generally use a pin vise to be honest and dril those tiny little holes by hand.

I broke too many miniscule bits even with just a dremel,
that the only way powerdrilling anything below 1mm is with a drill stand and a clamped down part.

Pin vice helps for holding the bit when you are drilling the jets. The jets are just big enough to hold, and the pin vice helps so you can drill straight...
