Hello I am extremely new to this being on the web. With that being said I have been addicted to high octane fuel and speed for over 3 years or so. I grew up in Maine that is where at 16 years old I tore the engine out of my snowmobile and brought to my friends dads machine shop. He was and probably still is one of the top engine performance builders in Maine. Well I grew up fell in love with a southern woman and we have two boys of ur own. A few years ago we bought them a mannco magnum and the tourque converter system looked an awful lot like the clutches on snowmobiles. Off course now that mannco now has a 460 with billet everything and my wife is wondering why ur pool table is now covered with plywood and several projects that have to start with a good strong engine.

A 1986 Formula MX it had a 463 rotax engine then I went cat crazy the last one was a 04 Firecat 700 that sled was sick.

I bought a Honda head from NR and also a Honda crankshaft that has been balanced. My new crank has 1 mm less stroke so I think I am going to get a forged piston and then have my block milled to achieve 0 height a TDC my head was milled .045 I am trying to build tourqe this was one of those Vegas kart DIY 460 kits

She is going from a 169cc scobby doo to 6.5hp to whatever number the pretty billet pumps out. Right now I am waiting on a 92.75mm billet piston from Bullfrog Performance to come in. I reinforced the swing arm and adde a 3rd axel bearing. I am also waiting on a 8” disc to go along with a disc brake conversion. When you multiply the power it is more than wise to at least double your stopping ability. This cart has taught me how to weld and a lot about metal fab. I guess you can say we are growing together.
