Maintenance people. Learn it. Love it. Become it.

So about 4 months ago I let my cousin borrow my 606 to use for a something which I long since forgot. I got it back this morning after having to break through 3ft of solid ice to get to it. (Notice his care for his C90). I get it out of the snow an notice the belt was missing. "Yeah. It kept eating them so I used a tractor belt and it kept eating those too so I just put it here and left it." None of this he bothered to tell me. It sat for 2 months with gas on, plug removed (no idea why), seized steering and shocks, seized CVT, and somehow managed to bend the frame.

Don't let people borrow your stuff. Otherwise this may seem like showroom...

Cruisin for a brusin. Next time he lends you something gas powered, use E10 gas, let it sit for a good month and pour sugar in the oil and gas tank.

Note to self: Dont make ez or kartoburst mad. Ruthless!!

Note to everyone: Don't make me mad. Things go missing, even if they're attached to other things...

Sad part is I just bought the engine and TC 3 days before I lent it to him. Next time I visit I might take one or two of his beloved Trail 90s for compensation.

(Also that's not dirt on the engine. That's actual oil from the governor seal which he also managed to damage)

When you've had stuff barrowed out for a bit, you expect it to come back as it was, better, one piece and/or not broken.

I let a buddy's brother take my Goldwing for a spin like a few weeks after I got it since he's one the Americade people. After about 8hrs I get worried and I go to check things out. As soon as I get out to the truck my bike as well as the guy who borrowed it pull in...

It had a fresh overcoat detail and ALL chrome was cleaned and coated. Not a single spec of dirt was on it. No scratches were seen. And this guy does this for Goldwing owners for Free. Also overly severe OCD helps...
