Throttle help

i have a tecemsuh 6.0 32001 engine model 0hh60 71131d i need to know how the throttle spring and wires go i cannot find a diagram anywhere i have it so when i hit the gas the the carb opens right up and screws i bought it like that but im sure thats not how it goes so im gonna fix it with ur guys help

thanks for the info but it seems a little dark i still can't figure it out
if i had the govner bypassed like that will it chew up the belt really fast?
