Throttle cable help

I have a tecumseh OHH60 throttle cable problem i was wondering how to connect it and if mine was connected properly

Umm, no; can you provide some better pics of the whole throttle assembly, the view seems to be obstructed...

There is suppose to be a small round piece with a screw in it that goes in that little hole then you slide the cable in it and tighten the screw. I will try to get some pics of mine. Kinda hard to describe from memory.
