Thanx... just some scrap pieces of go kart tierods. Plus taking the Driver off is still possible w/ the cage on (still gotta take it off to remove/replace belt... sigh).

Thx... I think the shop owner told me it 'was' for a supercharger or maybe a turbo... no telling... they build race engines/transmissions there.

It holds 2liters exactly. When its completed, itll have a clear line draped down the middle (from the fill hole), as a fuel level indicator. It's shaped like a "J" due to the original shaped bend (on the shorter side) wouldnt clear the engine... (plus woulda looked gawdy >.<).
