Finally Got this thing looking snazzy. Tried to do a military type theme and I'm satisfied with the results. My nephew is going to freak when he sees what he is riding next week. Lots of cuts, scrapes, sweat, swearing, and then happiness when it was all 'finished'.
Took it out for a spin and this thing will wheelie with me on it not leaning back, which made all the late nights over the past two weeks worth it.
So should be a good time. Im guessing top speed of around 33-35 mph (19" tires with stock axle sprocket and 10t jackshaft ant 40 series torque converter).
I cant figure out how to keep the gas tank from shifting though, it rotates backward a little bit. I put some rubber between the spot where the bottom bracket touches the tank to see if that would help, but no luck. Maybe just more rubber?
