Love the photo bombs, we don’t get enough of those but we have a few folks that are trying to even the text-to-photo ratio.

An enviable workspace all around, brother. :drool5:

I really need the get my ceiling done and insulate the walls in at least half the shop and install the tube heater so I can stand the cold this winter

I was wondering about an efficient means of keeping warm looking at the intact (but naturally drafty) barn and getting sympathetic chills in doing so. Maybe a smaller shop within the shop with 4 walls and a roof? You could use 2 existing barn walls and insulate them so you’d only need another 2 walls and a roof….🤔
Also: put the shop within a shop where it gets the most sun, along the south wall. 🤔

What are your plans?

Still have over 90 Industrial sized bags of blown in stuffing I got for free to fill the walls right now my only problem is finding enough skids to strip to cover the inside of the walls with and I can't afford the gas to pick them up one by one and only have a 4x6 trailer ceiling is almost done few more panels to do and almost have my lighting done. just picked up a mini-split wall heater that I'm gonna put in the office WHEN I finally clean it out as I've been using it as storage for the last year. And seeing as the COLD is almost here there won't be much getting done without heat so it looks like I'm gonna have a long boring winter getting fat and sitting at the computer like every other slob :p ..........BUT I will keep you all notified IF I do manage to get anything else done. and I'll try not to post cat pics with them wearing Elf and Santa outfits LMAO :p

90 bags of stuffing for free is a serious score! Maybe post on local buy/sell groups or Craigslist asking if anyone can help haul skids in exchange for keeping some of them - people are always looking for free pallets. That mini-split is gonna be clutch once you get it installed, nothing worse than trying to work in a freezing shop. Hey, a winter at the computer isn't the worst thing if you're planning out the next phase of the build anyway. And honestly, I'm here for the cat pics in elf outfits, so don't hold back on us lol.
