I finally worked on it again!

I took a peerless 3 speed transmission out of a snowblower and put it in. I used bedframe instead of emt tube for ease of mounding everything. The tranny is mounted to the back of the snowblower where it was mounted originally. I will brace it to the top of the frame after I make the final shifter for clearance reasons. I an going to use one of the snowblower hand levers for the clutch, it will just be a belt tensioner. The pulley will be smaller probally, I will work out the final ratio soon. I am gonna gear it for around 13mph.
