So its an old 1974(MAYBE??) suzuki TS185, running on 32:1 (oil inject pump is shot), with no clutch, no front brakes, barely any back brakes. Its got a Kawasaki KZ400 seat, and a Suzuki RM125 tank, Its running insanely rich even with the needle set at the highest clip, but she still cruises. I got it for free last year, let it sit for a while. The engine is in pretty tough shape, the clutch actuator is stripped out, the crank bearings are very scratchy, and it looks like someone tried to port it with a screwdriver (no joke, wish i has pictures lol), and there is no exhaust flange so half the air and unburnt fuel is getting spit out around the exhaust port (muffler is basically just sitting in there. Anyways its pretty fun, it'll lift the front end up no problem in first and second and she isnt even running right.

The Chain adjusted stripped out when i was shifting between first and second so i said forget that and just welded it in place haha

Lol the no clutch part is the best, the first time i rode it today i revved it to about 1/2 throttle and jammed it into first and the whole bike flipped out from under me! She'll pull the front end up in first and second, i'd love to see what it would do if it was jetted right.

Nice bike man, I love these old beater 2 strokes. They are reliable as anything. My 78' KD100 is tons of fun. Got it for 50 bucks, threw new points in, rod it for a while and blew a ring, put in new rings and shes running 160+ PSI compression, with some major rod slop. Minibike seat, Tecumseh lawnmower gas tank, XS400 shifter, 85 250r headlight enclosure, kawasaki snowmobile coil, ported out the cast iron cylinder, clutch slips like a mother in the higher gears but i ride it to work everyday (when its cold i run it on choke) I really want to get another 70's enduro. Oil pump works(as far as i know) but i throw in mix just for safety.

Looks so tiny compared to your IT490 haha. How long do you think my shifter drum will last? i figure pretty soon first gear will start getting sloppy, shifting after i get it into first is no problem tho, just let off the gas and she pops into gear.

Might bend a shift fork also. I cant get mine into neutral when its running, and under hard acceleration 4th gear becomes a false neutral.

I've had no shifting related problems with this thing, i can get it in neutral if im careful but it can be tricky, its normally easier to just kill the engine to stop.

I got a video of her in action, just puttin around in first gear pulling my friend on a snowboard, it was pretty hardcore. The seat on this thing is pretty awkward, and you gotta like sit back and whatnot. At the end i was just being a dick and making my friend run haha. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GWS1DBgxLrQ

Sounds like shes got some pep.

I gotta tear mine apart and REALLY port it, new piston, and fix the exhaust, it has no balls.
