hmm... powder coat it! nah thats probabbly too expensive.

por15 would work out with you though and mine was $20 and i still got more than half a can. so i might paint some parts off my bike.

im just going to use thesse three cans of expensive paint for now, but when i get down with my accesorys im getting, it will end up getting some

1.Follow the paints instructions exactly.
2.Use primer anyway.
3.Make sure you got your technique down (always keep the can moving, hold it about 8" from the frame, use several thin coats).
4.The frame is free of grease, residue, rust etc.
5.Finally, let the paint have plenty of time to cure.

that's all you need to do and the paint will be prefect unless you run it into a tree.

Once again, i would suggest you use primer anyways, from what i understand it will help the paint adhere, and enhance its color, toystory can probably tell you all about paint if you want.

it will, but not as good as it would with primer. plus, as i mentioned, the primer enhances the topcoat.

well today i went out, baught two cans of primer and primed it all, just because i want this to look nice, my neighbor couldnt do it as hes away for a while so id figure id give it my best, primed everything up, just painted all the little accesories, handle bars, kickstand, recoil and air guide, and thats all for now, after those dried i took and gave them about 4 coats each, since i got alot out of this one can, so now i have two cans to do my frame with, this is going to look great

okay guys, pics of everything, but tires rims, which were done because i couldnt do much with little money, everythings had its 4th coat except for the frame, which has just gotten its first, i have one can left, and engine was painted, but dont worry, it was taped up, checked, and then painted, all important peices were either covered or removed, its only got one coat, but it should be good

need a fast awnser please, i found out how i got the greyhound just right there, and now im wondering if i can do the same on this briggs, can i put 2 spacers, one big, one thin, on one side? so the motor will tilt to the right, just a bit, without harming anything? if i do this everything will line up perfectly, but if not, theyll be out of allignment

heres a pic of what i mean, theres nothing on the other side, will it be okay? and the gas tank has about half a tank right now, and after i give it a test run, the vent peice for the cap, is wet and it seems gas is coming out of the top vent, is it just from the vibration? and the bike is almost done, just need to get the chain right and everything should be goood

got the mini bike together and been riding it for a while and fooling with it, found out my eyes were messing with me and took the spacers off, and i also had to loosen my back wheel's nut because it wasnt getting much speed it was to tight, more air in my tires, only two problems now, sometimes the motor dosent want to idle after i stop completley, , also gas comes out of the cap and leaks down even with half a tank, any ideas?

okay guys, got done to the root of the problems, 1. the front tire needed to be extremley tight to keep balanced, thats good, 2, the mysterious gas tank problem, i looked at this thing in every aspect, couldnt figure it out, then i had a thought, what if its not venting, and is vaccuming fuel up the tank out the cap? at the price of gasket, i folded, it in half putting holes all down inbetween it, wallah no more gas tank leakage problems, and my final almost solved problem, i can get it to idle and rev up, but anywhere before 1/4 throttle it begs for more, over that, you can hold it all day long just fine, i think its just the motor needs more throttle at that point, and it gets it, anyone else think the same? also pulling the spark plug boot up just a lil off the spark plug makes it idle faster, why?

well guys just an update, 2 weeks ago i had to get 6 stitches on my left leg because i had no clutch cover and boom, cut a part of my ankle down to the bone, just yesterday i felt the need to get back on the bike, and show that im not afraid of that bike anymore, and what do you know, another 12 stitches just higher on the leg, and the hospital wasnt good on stitches, on the first they said one shot to the leg and i wouldnt feel a thing, though i dont like needles, i was for it, until she had 2 guys come in and hold me down whilst administering 6 around the area, which was a pain, i thought the worst part was over, i had nothing to worry about, she did the first stitch and i was like this is easy im going to just relax and chill out, wrong i felt every other one after that, pissed off i went home and had those in my leg, then yesterday i went back, and instead of 6 i got 12 shots, and the same thing happened, which pissed me off, so i was looking up on mini bikes, my grandma wanted to see to, so i showed her a baja warrior, and a trailsport buffalo which looks like a great bike http://gokartsusa.com/tsb-600trailsportbuffalominibike.aspx . so in the end my grandma decided she wanted me to get one like that, she said she wanted me to post on craigslist and hopefully trade, which i just put up today, she said if i dont get a reply within a month, she was going to sell mine and use the money to get a better one off craigslist like such http://detroit.craigslist.org/okl/mcy/2628678411.html. she said she wanted to get a cover for the tc on it, and get everything good, and i called secretary of state, they said they could legalize these bikes as long as you had a workable rear light and turn signal, and i have my motorcycle license, im startnig to love the idea of this
