Sprocket and brake set up just showed up! I guess I know why they had that crazy bracket on the motor plate..

Going to have to fabricate a new motor mount. Always something. It's been like that with every part dang near.:lolgoku:

Any suggestions on how to mount or what you would do to fix this issue?

Sucks I was hoping to rip it around after work today! I'm hoping Sunday I'll be able to ride it around.

Thanks

Does that thing have a live axle.

No Sir. It's a dead axel. I should have just made it a live axel but ya learn as ya go right.. Next one...

I have an idea to make an adjustable motor bracket that will raise the motor up and down. For now I think I'm going to move the original motor mount back and raise it a few inches.

Something like pictured below.

Thanks

Just got back from the steel yard. The plan is to build a motor plate "base" out of square 1 1/2. That will raise the motor enough to fix the height issue. Weld the motor base frame and new motor plate a couple inches back and we should be golden. I plan to work on this tomorrow. I'll get some pictures up when it's done. Hope to rip this thing around tomorrow afternoon.
