Has anyone had experience with the Temu engines? They are just another from of a Honda clone, probably made from the same factory. The 420cc on there is selling for 240.00.

Looks like an awful lot of engine for the money. I think if I was in the market for a big block, it would be hard not to give it a try. If you do pull the trigger, let us know your opinion after you run it a bit.

Is it the cam or just the gear?
Just the gear. It's pressed on also with no indexing key. It gets a little warm and the plastic slips on the shaft and guess what. Your timing just changed. Maybe a little maybe a lot. Dunno. Maybe it went so far and valves kissed the piston. Wanna place wagers?

Variable valve timing, Chinese style!

A Chinese development company is currently working on the "impossible" engine.
it contains no actual metal products! Built entirely from rice and bamboo substitutes with yak grease as a binding agent. 100% natural!
It meets the green agenda but still won't pass the prop 65. It might cause California in the state of cancer.
