Water in the oil? Did you put anti freeze in the radiator?
water in the oil is a symptom of a cracked block or blown head gasket.
You should pressure test the cooling aystem.

the real question is, how did that happen? Doubtful it happened if it was stored indoors.
lf it was stored outdoors, that ain't good.
i got both engines used

Since you found rust on the Predator flywheel, we can assume they were outside, and possibly submerged at some point. I think I would drain all of the fluids.

Ditch all these infernal combustion engines and go electric!

You have to be a wizard with a PhD to figure these things out. If you want to go down the rabbit hole, there's tons and tons of "Will It Run" videos on U-Tub essentially driving all the mechanics out of business.

Where's the pics of these motors?

Since you found rust on the Predator flywheel, we can assume they were outside, and possibly submerged at some point. I think I would drain all of the fluids.

Everything hidden by the engine tins gets rusty. So if it's behind the recoil starter shroud, it'll be rusty. A flywheel so rusty that the engine seems seized is a common occurrence in the deep humid south.

It wont start and when I pull the handle it makes a sploosh noise anyone know whats wrong?

This almost reads like a troll post...😄 By all that's holy, take both of these engines apart and make an assessment. Ton and tons, literally hundreds of small engine "will it run?" videos on that famous video site (YouTube). That's free information whereas 40 years ago you had to "buy the manual" read it and hope it made sense.

Everyone else just replaces parts but we are learning now that reproduction carburetors made in China are not always good.
