Tecumseh OHH60 engine bogs when hot.

Can anyone shed some light, Tec OOH60 200cc engine, starts very easy with little choke required, runs fine for 15 mins then wont rev high enough to pull kart when hot.
If you flick the carb it revs initally but then splutters and wont rev high.
Sounds like it floods out.
Your thoughts appreciated.

If you want to keep your same carb, id suggest cleaning it out. Might have some blocked passages. Check valve lash. Replace fuel and make sure you have a decent fuel filter.
