Tecumseh Carb Question!!

Alright here's the deal. i currently own a carter bros 2910-th go kart and im having issues with the tecumseh engine that is on it. i am pretty sure that i have to clean the carb, but i cannot figure out how to go about doing that. i cant seem to figure out how to disassemble it to get to the float and stuff inside.

Clearly this will NOT be IDENTICAL though this should give you a vague idea. I havn't watched the video at all to see how accurate the process is or what this guy is doing but it seems to have favorable comments.

see the issue is my carb doesnt even slightly resemble that one.
there is like a brace keeping the bowl on. i have taken carbs like the one in the video apart. is it possible that my carb cannot be disassembled?

Sorry, that info doesn't work for you. But my carb looks just like that, and Now I'll feel comfortable working on it with a good instruction set.

I am not familiar with this particular carb, but appears as though the bail can be unlatched and swung away to release bowl.
