Tecumseh but what hp?

stoped by my grandpas today and he has a old wood chipper out back. He said I could have it so i snaped a few pics. I think its a 8hp but not 100%

heres some numbers and a pic.

8 hp it is. H means horizontal. M means medium frame. 80 means 8.0 hp.
Appears to be built in '81.
