How do i find top dead center on a tech ohh60. i cant find any marks

No marks for TDC. It is at the very top of compression cycle.

Just hold a pencil in the spark plug hole and against the piston so you can easily tell when the piston hits TDC on the compression stroke.
To find the compression stroke, you can simply remove the spark plug and hold your finger over the hole while gently pull starting.
