Take head off & all the carbon falls into cylinder then?

So vacuum it out, wipe the walls down, but still see specs of stuff between the piston and wall that you cant get then what?? Short of removing the piston?? Run it, change oil and cross fingers?

What about a pop can shim to try to loosen it out?

Compressed air and blow it out?
Oil it at top of stroke and then lower piston. Crud sticks to oil on sides?
Ignore it.

Ignore it, first couple of combustion cycles will blow it out the exhaust.
