88: if I can't set it up with a cint. clutch. then I'll have to go with idea 2 . i realy dont care about a super fast take off. I want this to have some speed.

A TC, as I'm sure you know, actually allows for both MORE speed and MORE torque. You can have a lower final drive ratio once the TC is at full engagement and at 1:1 or even .9:1. You can get away with a 4:1 sprocket ratio but still have a 10:1 low end ratio. This will yield more top speed and torque. Any cent. clutch geared 4:1 to be taken off road will be cherry red in no time. A TC is the only option for an industrial engine in this quad, IMO.

Not for you Tman, but the others here.

big . I was checking that out earlyer the problem is to try to find a A-semetric belt that would be able to wrap around them.
Ya I like idea 2 also but if I can find a clutch then its going to be 1.

No I dont have a gaurd , I'll be building one. I dont like the idea of areas with the chains moving to be exposed to the kidses legs. I want to cover it all.

T-man. Can you flip the rear pillow blocks below the frame to lower the frame close to the ground? Would this help in it being top heavy? Can you think of anything you can do to correct the problem? Shorter? Longer? I notice you are sitting on the swingarm and above the rear axle. Can that make your front end light?

Kody is pretty light though huh?

Can you tilt it by just sitting on it?

Also with that chain or belt in the way. You may have to build a running board/nerfbar for a place for your feet.

You get paid for youtube vids? How by clicking ads? I clicked some for you.

I have thought of flipping the blocks around but the tire would hit the bottom of the seat, also I would have to set up an entirely new brake caliper mount.

I can tilt it when sitting on it but its pritty hard ... I showed that at the ending of #18 the back rest vid.

I was thinking of useing some running boards from a riding lawn mower but they seem to be to big and bulky. I'm thinking of just pegs.

from what I saw with cody ... he is way to small to drive this.

Also it looks like your going to need a slight steering stop. I notice it goes past lock a little bit. Steering stop or longer pitman arm.

Did you notice is goes past like just a tiny bit?

You weld a small nut and bolt to make a adjustable one.

Also at 6.57 in the vid. What language are you speaking? Is that a type of cling on? Or tazmanain devil language?

It all depends upon the distance the master cylinder plunger must move to reach full engagement as well as what you'll be using for the arm. A should give the most mechanical advantage, but could risk too much advantage and bend the arm.
