The breaks are in but we are putting them to the side and focusing on the steering! It is coming along pretty nicely! Here are some pics - who doesnt like pics?

Neither is mine, I wear more clothes in winter...

At least y'all have a garage.....now you know why I work on stuff in my kitchen. .... I just got through working in a back yard apartment kinda thing.... anyway- basically a 2 car garage space. I have a turbine heater- 55/70/100, 000 btu IIRC, that runs off propane. On high-it uses so much propane that a 20lb. tank freezes up and has to be shook and turned on it's side after a few hours. But the heater itself was only about $160- but that was 10 years ago. Still- I think today they are only about $200ish.

I only ran it 3 times today for less than 10 mins. per session and it got so warm in there I had to turn it off.

Long story short- get one- you'll be kicking yourself for not doing it years ago.

BTW- It wasn't extremely cold today- but the temps were sub-freezing and it would have been impossible to work without it as my air compressor and nail guns would not have functioned at that temp.

Man, my wife would never let me work on stuff in the kitchen! I would bring one tool one and she would be like get that thing out of here!

Being divorced does have some advantages. .... now I don't have to listen to the whining.....wonder if stuff like that maybe had anything to do with the fact I'm divorced? Hmmmmm- naw....If it really was a problem - I would be a widower.....:lolgoku:

A rough draft if the steering systems. Seems to working pretty well!! Going to clean it up and make a finished product SOON!!

I know some of you have thought we have gave up on this build but the answer is NO. We are working on it in my brother garage and he has had a kid over Christmas. So, we haven't had a lot of time OR money to proceed with the Mini-T. That is all behind us now and we are working on it again! First order of business is the steering!

ideas for t bucket design

Check out mcklutzy thread for his mini chopper build you could design your T bucket drive in a similar way only you could use a 3rd sprocket on center and two chains to seperate sprockets to each side of rear axle .just a thought or use belts and set it up using a 10-HP or higher vertical shaft and a rear end from a riding mower .then you would have reverse as well .
