Looks like I'll be getting some lovely funds for my minitruck build.
Got a call from my old man today, He used to own a bearing shop back in the day, and still has around 2000lbs of inventory in storage. SO He told me if I were to take the time to inventory everything and find a buy-back company, that the money was mine.
There's easily 5 grand in bearings, lots of high-end specialty stuff. Took a few hours today to sort through it and compile a new inventory list, Called up a local company here in Minnesota that has a buy-back program. And it looks like I'll get around 3 grand for the lot.
So, in short, I am pretty effing psyched. I'll be able to order all of the parts I'll need for my truck (around 1.5 grand in just air-ride stuff that I need) and I'll have enough left over for misc. stuff and paint.
