Sort of!

I'm trying to organize a vintage go kart & minibike rallye/race for Sept. 2013 (White Knuckle Scramble). We found a great track that will allow us to run minibikes AND karts, but it's not going to be cheap, so we're having a good-old fashioned fundraiser to make it happen. Part of that will include a swap meet.

Come to the PULL-START FUNDRAISER and support the White Knuckle Scramble!

$20 (remember, it’s a fundraiser!)

Bring minibike, go kart and small engine parts to sell in the swap meet!
No charge for a space beyond the entry fee. Swap stuff must fit into a space the size of a card table. You’ll have to leave larger parts (e.g., frames) in your car.

Bid on cool stuff in the silent auction! Let me know if you have something you want to donate.

Buy stuff in the “Not Your Neighbors’ Yard Sale” vintage yard sale!

We'll even accept Visa/MC/PayPal for the silent auction and yard sale items!

Watch vintage racing videos!

Meet minibike & go kart-related vendors!

Meet other racers and builders and learn their secrets!

Drink beer! :cheers2:

Eat food!

Get out of the house after all that Valentines' junk is over with!

Cool! Bring her along. :) If you know anyone that would like to be part of the swap, let me know.

Does it have to be pull start to qualify? It doesn't matter I guess since I doubt I could make it, but you never know.

Well, this is all about a fundraiser just to get the race event going. Track rental, insurance, safety crew, etc all cost $$$$.

Yes "pull-start" is just a catch phrase... kind of a "clever" play on Kickstarter, which is a popular fund-raising site (that we don't qualify for).

Yeah, I don't know about a raked bike on the track, but we're going to try to have some drag races as well, and you'll probably be fine on the straightaways.
