I found 40B30 (40 chain and 30 tooth 1" bore) and a 40 B12 (40 chain 12 tooth 1" bore) if I follow math 1.2x3.0x3.75 is 13.5 final drive?
What size is the input shaft of the differential? You need to put the bigger sprocket on that shaft. Is it splined? Is there a keyway?
What size is the bore on the driven unit? You need to put the little sprocket on the same shaft as the driven unit, so the little sprocket should have the same bore size as the driven unit.
If you have a 44D driven unit (8.5" diameter) then it is 1.24:1 in high gear.
If you have a 40D driven unit (7.5" diameter) then it is 1.00 :1 in high gear.
If 40D....
CVT gives 1:1 Ratio
Diff gives 3.75:1 Ratio
Sprockets give 30/12 = 2.5 :1 (30T on diff input shaft, 12T on Jackshaft with TC driven unit)
So final reduction in High gear is 1.0 x 3.75 x 2.5 =
9.375 :1
If 44D....
CVT give 1.24 :1 ratio
Diff gives 3.75 :1 ratio
Sprockets give 30/12 = 2.5 :1 (30T on diff input shaft, 12T on Jackshaft with TC driven unit)
So final reduction in high gear is 1.24 x 3.75 x 2.5 =
11.625 :1

My local fan shop has 50B12 and 50B17 1.2x1.7x3.75 gives a final ratio of 7.65. My question is 50 roller chain going to pull a lot of power is this a viable option?
Now I see where you are pulling these numbers from and...
No No No.
12T and 17T doesn't mean 1.2 x 1.7.
It means 17/12 = 1.42.
So if 40D Driven unit (7.5" diameter)...
1.0 from the cvt.
3.75 from the diff.
1.42 from the sprockets. (17T on diff input shaft and 12T on the jackshaft with the driven unit.)
1.00 x 3.75 x 1.42 =
5.325 :1
I picked 20T and 10T because 20/10 = 2.0. NOT because 1.0 x 2.0 = 2.0
12T and 24T, means 24/12 = 2.0 :1 not 1.2 x 1.4 = 1.68
13T and 26T, = 2.0 :1
14T and 28T, = 2.0 :1
........., and on like so will all give you the same 2.0 :1 reduction
Look for a two sprockets that fit the shafts they need to fit. The one that fits the differential should have twice as many teeth as the one that fits the Jackshaft. If using the 7.5" diameter driven unit, that will give you 7.5 :1 final reduction in high gear.
