Stuck on shaft

So I have this stuck on my shaft and I don't know how to get it off its not held on by any screws

I'd cut it off with a grinder cut off blade, close to the outside of the bearing...and then use a gear puller to pull the bearing off. Looks like some sort of camshaft fastened to the crank.....My guess is your trying to adapt an industrial motor. You know harbor freight sells the 212 for only $169 bucks.
Might just be easier than what you're trying to do !!!!!!

Use a propane torch to the cam shaft for the first 2 " of the shaft closes to the crankshaft and heat it up and then try tapping it off. Most likely just rusted on there. Or if it got red Loctite the heat will make it come off. It isn't worth saving because it cannot do anything, it is just a throw away piece.
