I'd cut it off with a grinder cut off blade, close to the outside of the bearing...and then use a gear puller to pull the bearing off. Looks like some sort of camshaft fastened to the crank.....My guess is your trying to adapt an industrial motor. You know harbor freight sells the 212 for only $169 bucks.
Might just be easier than what you're trying to do !!!!!!
