I have a key from a torque converter stuck in my driveshaft, any recommendations to help get it out?

I usually use a hammer and screwdriver or chisel when they get stuck. You don't have much room on the inside, but you could probably just tap it angled upward from the outside and it will come up.

The back end of the keyway should slope upwards, as opposed to being a "wall" at the end, verify by eye. If true, just tap it backwards with a small hammer and broad blade flathead screwdriver. The back end of the keystock should ride up and out enough to grab with visegrips.
