stuck clutch

so I have an old honda clone that has a clutch stuck on the shaft and I cant get it off. I could not get it off with a gear puller what else should I try. also soaked in Pb blaster first. I thin that there is a problem whit the key. maybe it got rolled over in key way on the shaft? i dont know please help!

Time, heat and penetrant. That is all it takes to remove stubborn things. A equal mix of ATF fluid and acetone has scientifically been proven to be the best by far (someone posted results on the forum years back).

As for key or set screw....we cannot help you with that unless we see some pics, but even then it will probably be impossible to tell if they are the problem
