I want so badly to piss my neighbor off to the point he hurts himself (or herself) for calling the Phoenix PD on us every time we ride, so I will spend the cash on making my kart street legal, here's what I got from the AZ DOT:

LOL get a girlfriend. but yeah, during inspection id ride it like a quad even if its the most uncomfortable thing youve ever done. and rig some bike handle bars onto it.
