Hey not bad. How did you do it?

I think it's okay if it's slightly different than original, it's an homage.

The problem with that decal on the Ken-Bar kart or the decal on any kart that is located on the floor pan is that it gets tread upon, scuffed and scratched. A clear cover of some kind needs to be over it. Some kind of 1/16" thick or more clear plastic that's optically clear would be ideal. Maybe something that can be replaced over and over, a sacrificial protective cover......

Beating this horse to death, make sure your printer knows the kart is "orange" as well as the undershirt-shirt he's wearing. About the same color as the General Lee from the Dukes of Hazzard.

Ai helped me extract the guy from a few rough photos i found of the decal online and aswell as pictures of the decal on my cart. The rest i did, i matched the font as much as i could. I think the black bar is about a inch taller than it should be. I think some clear enamel sprayed onto the decal would protect it some what. Let me know if im wrong

Thanks! I downloaded your pic at 1920 pixels then vectorized and upscaled it to 300dpi resolution at full 13" x 13" size using ChatGPT. I used to do color matching for Valspar and after removing some sticker remnants and revealing fresh paint on my project frame, the closest match to my eyes for the original Rebel paint is International Harvester Red. I used this as the reference red when I upscaled it to give it a seamless look over the original paint. So here's my version for what its worth. The minimum I could print was 10, so I have some spares. Stewt if you want one you got one coming for free. Just message me. If anyone else wants one I'll give it to you at cost but only if Stewt is OK with that. Its his work and very much appreciated.

Ah yes, A.I., the death of all human creativity. So basically you did little real effort. 😁😁😁👍

All we need now is the Ken-Bar “bumper sticker” ID tags plus the octagonal model number. The latter was usually placed on the left side of the sticker under “High Performance” but this photo shows one by itself. I don’t want the yellow warning sticker, it’s too anti-Darwinian.

Yesss! Can I crop that and make that sticker too? I'll be happy to share with the forum. Those stickers don't have a great survival rate and that's the best analogue I've seen so far. Someone ground mine off long ago, but the shadow is still there for me to get proper measurements. My Rebel is a bit of a vanity project, so I'm all about these authentic details. I don't even know what "S465" is all about but I may copy that also. The warning sticker is an easy dupe too. The one that's in English anyway. I appreciate all of you for this!

Does anyone know the size of the bumper sticker? I don’t. Leave the serial number blank of course. No wait, that could be funny if they were all 110464. 😁

Edited to add: the shadow should do it for measurements. I bet my S-465 has the shadow too.
Deuce, if you’re going to have a lot done, the bumper sticker decal was used across the board, on every kart, at least for a decent time period.

Here's what I got. I actually like the idea of all the same serial # :ROFLMAO:. It'll be like a secret club. Bumper sticker size is a great reference . The actual sticker on the kart is 2.5" x 9" FYI. My sticker is gone but the shadow is sharp. So this pic should be pretty spot on. If I get some printed I'll get spares. Lemme know whoever is interested.

All we need now is a Ken-Bar cult following. Everywhere you go, just claim they are more legendary and rarer than Rupp or Margay or some other big name brand.
