Lets see those jets.
The carbs I get usually come with extra low and high speed jets. The long one is probably an idle jet. Maybe not???

The idle jet screws in next to the main jet.
The main jet screws into the "E-tube".
The "E-tube" screws into the carb.

Hex or Round main jets???

Round jets 110,112,118. Extra idle jet #35. I'll get a pic of them later after work. I also ordered the Nibbi 33mm rubber coupler that will work with my modified billet intake, and a 48mm air filter.

Here's the coupler.

And the filter.

Top of the filter.

Here are the extra jets it came with.

Yep. UPS to my local post office. They put it on my porch today. It's actually a very nice piece. Thick and well made and crystal clear.

Sneak peak. It's pretty BA!🤘🏻

That makes the ARC Trifecta. Rod, flywheel and sidecover. What a nice piece of machine work.

Exhaust has been ordered. Looks pretty cool.

Let us know how many hours it stays clear for. I'll set the over/under at 4 hours. I've heard they don't stay clear. I wonder if that headlight stuff would work to restore the translucitude.

I'm sure it will discolor with time, heat and oil exposure. I bought it as kind of a novelty. I have another plan for a permanent valve cover whenever this one is done. I have to say though that I am impressed with its quality.

I know it will fog up, I’ve always thought it would be cool to have one. Where of else did you get it?

Go Power Sports $24.00.

eBay.

Got the new exhaust in. I must say it's very well made!

It's a BA pipe for sure. Looks very loud.

Got some cool work done today. Wrapped my new pipe with header wrap and secured the ends with copper wire.

Here's one more.

Aren't you supposed to wrap the whole header?

No you can do whatever you want.

My new carb does not have a flange to mount to my intake so I cut the Mikuni end off of it in order to mount the 26mm Nibbi carb. Cut it off with a hacksaw and sanded it smooth.

I've noticed that the D shaped intake manifold does not exactly match that of the intake port of the head. I plan on porting the head to match the intake exactly. Here's a pic of the head and intake mismatch. The shiny silver part in the intake will be ported out.

Here's the setup. Went together nice and tight. Looks awesome.

Here's another one. Should breath a lot better.

That carb is a masterpiece, I’ve never really seen them that close, nor have I seen them that nicely colored/contrast. Must hv cost an arm and a leg
