I'll post some in a bit. Got it pretty much dialed in today, rode it around the block a couple of time and it is defenetly not safe for the neighborhood. I'll be taking it some place else to ride it.

I do know that I need more/better brakes anyone have any ideas?

I live,in OKC,too..I picked up the rest of the 11.00-6x5 tires,he had left..Now--I"m trying to find rims for them..A lot,has changed here,since 1995,-The last time I lived here,There was a Kart Shop,on every corner..(not really,but you know,what I mean!!)..Do you know,of any local mower shops,that still carry parts? So far- I"ve bought a half-dozen clutches,from tractor-supply,and they last about 2 weeks-with my kids,and grand-kids..
NOT worth the 500,a pop,I"m spending....

I get my oil mixtures from Heartland cycles on shields in OKC. I ordered almost all my parts from ebay and bmikarting.com. there are no shops around that had what I was looking for. besides the misc. key ways and nuts and bolts. O'reiley's carries clutches for 35-41 chains if thats what you need. the bearing set i got off ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/1-Rear-Axle...ts&hash=item2c6634842e&vxp=mtr#ht_1049wt_1163

These are the wheels for the 6'' tires that I got from that guy: http://www.bmikarts.com/item/5-Douglas-Polished-Aluminum-Wheels-675-3364
and the 1'' hubs to go with: http://www.bmikarts.com/item/Lightened-Aluminum-Rear-Wheel-Hub---1-or-1-14-600225-or-600230-2

for the 5 inch skinnies in the front I have these:http://www.bmikarts.com/item/5-Douglas-Polished-Aluminum-Front-Wheel-675300-6172

I hope this helps

I wired the kill switch, ground to the frame and power to the spark plug but it didn't work. is there any way I can wire a kill switch to the coil to shut it down?

White/black wire on one side of the kill switch and ground to the other side.

So how does she run? Any flat spots in the powerband? How does the jetting feel to you? Great work!

This is the first kart I've drove that has this much power. Its fast I can feel the power band kick in and everything. Runs good as far as I know

White/black wire on one side of the kill switch and ground to the other side.

I did the black/white to the power on the switch and then ground to the frame and all that happened was the little red light on the switch came on. what did I do wrong?

Worked on the exhaust today. it doesnt really make it any quieter so i'm going to get a real muffler not a glasspack.

Ya, you will really notice when the tuned pipe kicks in because of the exhaust extension between it and the engine, throws the timing off and shortens the power band.
