Ok, so your old rear rims fit directly onto a splined type axle, that looks like this first pic, right?
If so, we might be able to find some rear wheel hubs that fit your axle, like this pic:
Then, hopefully we'll be able to find some 8" diameter rims that fit those rear wheel hubs. But first you need to count the number of splines on the end of your axle. And you also need to measure the outer-diameter of that splined portion of your axle. You need to accurately measure this with a caliper like this pic:
(available from hardware stores for around $10)
Then post your measurement and number of axle splines, and hopefully we'll be able to help you find some wheel hubs that fit your axle, so you could install 4 on 4" bolt circle rims like these: http://www.amazon.com/GOLF-TIRES-18...04058197&sr=1-4&keywords=gOLF+CART+TIRE+&+RIM
