I've searched and searched and read about all I care to about steering geometry but I've decided to just ask about it.

My son's Yerf Dog is a blast to drive, but the steering is off. When at speed (which is only 17mph right now) the cart will rocket to the right with the slightest input but has to be man-handled to turn left. It is clear by the pictures below that something is off but I want to know what it is and how to adjust it. Thank you.
