I'm impressed! I can't do the speed or the leaps... I can bend the steel, but I keep having to buy these stupid cans of spinach...

A torch and a bfh is what I use.

Well if its flat bar you shove it in a vice, depending on thickness heat it up and hit it with a hammer
If it round pipe you can use a pipe bender from your local store. Use some sand and tape
If its sheet metal you can use something like a magnabender or hammer

How do I bend steel?

Define "steel". It comes in many different forms & shapes.

Well if its flat bar you shove it in a vice, depending on thickness heat it up and hit it with a hammer

Depending on the thickness, you don't even need heat. I can bend 6mm in a vice without having to use heat (which is good coz I don't have a blowtorch )
