When I first started as a mechanic back in the dark ages, one of the best pieces of advice I got was "If you let 'em talk long enough eventually they'll tell you something that will help even if they don't know they've done it". The trick is to have enough patience to wait that long. I agree, now we may be getting somwhere! Is the person in the seat working the throttle when you are trying to get the motor started?

Allright, all this Internet shenanigans aside, and with what janj just said, Iam now questioning whether you are able to fully type and formulat speech properly, with a potential disability.
I say this with whole heartedly and no mailace behind, I however have not much of learning disability but some "issues", I know it is frustrating not being understood. So if this is the case I fully apologize. The net is a somewhat faceless place in discribing ones issues with problems.
Perhaps you can further discribe the issues at hand with more detail or a video.

We know that, you've said it at least twice. EDIT- Thrice, in fact. I have asked you WHY someone needs to sit in the seat to start. What is that seat-sitting person DOING to assist in starting the engine?
